Custom Cut BEEF
-Custom finished beef can be processed at multiple locations upon request - customer is responsible for pick up unless other arrangements are made.
-Final price is determined by hanging weight, but a customer can expect a half of a beef to cost around $2000 including the animal and processing.
-A half beef fits in 7-8 cubic foot freezer, depending upon your selections for cuts (more roasts vs ground, size of steaks or packages of hamburger, if you choose to keep any organ meats or tallow, etc.)
- Beef is grass-fed for the majority of its life and then finished at our neighboring family-owned feedlot on a high quality diet of grains and grasses to ensure marbling and texture in the final product.
- Grass-fed beef is available upon request.
