BC Beef is raised exclusively in our own South Dakota pastures. Our grain-finished babies stay with their mamas as long as possible to ensure they’re healthy, happy, and homegrown. All beef at BC Cattle Company is drug free, hormone free, raised on local grasses and natural water sources, and health checked daily. Our mission is to serve our animals with a quality life of quality care, and in turn they reward us with quality nutrition - and delicious dinners - that we are privileged to share with our friends.

Bred to pack on the protein and fed to make your ribeye marbled to perfection, we guarantee you’ll beat the rival dads in any grill-off. Custom packages are available to fit your needs - ground beef for tailgates, t-bones for date night (or self-care, there’s no shame in finishing a 16 oz steak by yourself ), roasts weighed just right for your home team on a Sunday evening, or you can request specialty cuts like osso buco and add soup bones to slow simmer your own bone broth. Add your favorite extras to our base box, double your hamburger request during football season, or skip the Mother’s Day buffet and get her what she really wants - two tomahawk ribeyes, one for her and one for her tomorrow. Maybe you should get three.

At BC Cattle, we believe in knowing where and how our food was grown & raised, and advocate for you to do so as well. We provide background information for your animal upon request, a beef cuts butcher graphic, and a handwritten heirloom recipe from our own farmhouse kitchen passed down over 5 generations.
